We are seeking an experienced Senior Operational Resilience Advisor to lead business continuity initiatives across our organization.
This role plays a key part in safeguarding operations and supporting strategic decision-making through proactive risk management, stakeholder engagement, and strong leadership in high-pressure environments.
Your main responsibilities
- Lead and maintain the Group’s Business Continuity Management (BCM) in line with ISO 22301:2019.
- Identify and assess potential operational disruption risks and ensure BCM strategies align with crisis and physical security planning.
- Act as a crisis facilitator during critical incidents, working with internal and external stakeholders to mitigate impact.
- Coach and empower decentralized BCM stakeholders to build a resilient, risk-aware culture.
- Drive cross-functional collaboration across departments including IT, OT, Risk, Compliance, and Internal Audit.
- Foster organizational resilience through exercises, communication, and culture development.
Your profile
- Degree in Economics, Business Administration, Law, or a comparable qualification, ideally with a technical background.
- 5+ years of relevant experience in operational resilience, crisis management, or business continuity—ideally in industry or consulting.
- Strong project management and lateral leadership skills.
- Fluency in English and at least one additional European language.
- Excellent communication skills, including experience interacting at the executive level.
- Proactive mindset with the ability to stay calm under pressure and drive results.
- Nice to Have: Familiarity with Crisis Response and Security standards (e.g., ISO/BS standards), experience with Lean, Operational Excellence, or Change Management.
- Background as an officer in the Swiss Armed Forces or equivalent is an asset.
