Mühle Matzingen small-scale hydropower plant

Already during the 1950s, water from the River Murg provided the energy to drive the mills in Matzingen. Since the new power station and its Banki turbine with an output of 100 kW were put into operation in 2003, the power station has been generating electricity for the equivalent of 140 households.
