You design and deliver development strategies that strengthen organisational capability, nurture talent, and enable teams and leaders to succeed in a dynamic environment. Your main responsibilities

  • Further build and implement our approach to performance development by 2027, anchored in a coaching culture and enabling consistent, high-quality talent and performance dialogues across the organization.
  • Develop and enhance career pathing, talent pipeline, and succession planning frameworks, with career pathing as a main priority, to support internal mobility and long-term capability growth.
  • Partner closely with HR Business Partners and leaders to identify capability gaps and recommend targeted, business-relevant development actions.
  • Support our shift toward leadership development as a system, ensuring that leadership growth is embedded in everyday practices, interactions, and decision-making.
  • Strengthen mentoring as a key development lever in close collaboration with our internal coaching pool, promoting cross-functional learning and knowledge sharing across teams and functions.
  • Use data and insights to identify development needs and to measure the impact, effectiveness, and ROI of initiatives over time.

Your work is inherently collaborative. For one, you are part of a twelve-member team responsible for the entire employee experience, from Talent Acquisition to Organisational and Talent Development. Additionally, you connect with colleagues across HR and the business, bring people together around shared development goals, and enable leaders and teams to have open, constructive development conversations. You ensure that people development becomes anintegrated, everyday practice, something we build collectively rather than manage in isolation.

Ultimately, your impact shows in stronger capabilities, deeper engagement in learning, and a workforce that feels supported, confident, and ready to grow together to meet future challenges.

Your profile

  • Degree in Human Resources, Organizational Development, Psychology,Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Several years of experience in Learning & Development, People Development, Leadership Development, or Talent Management.
  • Analytical mindset combined with creativity and a passion for people development.
  • Proactive, collaborative, and able to thrive in a dynamic environment.
