You will join to a young, dynamic and international environment, where your role will be key on the development the operations of the Human Resources department, as well as in the development of new projects or actions to promote the corporate culture at Alpiq Spain.
Your responsibilities
- Management of personnel selection processes: job analysis and description, publication, screening/direct search, telephone and personal interviews.
- Responsibility for hiring procedures, as well as for the on-boarding and follow-up of new employees.
- Administrative management of personnel, with the support of an external agency, with responsibility for the control, monitoring and processing of the payroll process, employee registrations and cancellations, control of vacations, absenteeism and permits.
- Planning, organization, management and monitoring of the annual training plan.
- Management, application and monitoring of new processes required by Spanish legislation (e.g. Equality Plan, LGD law, etc.).
- Support the organization and management of events developed by the area, as well as participate in their communication and visibility.
- Management and analysis of employee performance evaluations.
- Participate in the development and implementation of projects and processes to improve employee well-being.
- Operational management of occupational risk prevention processes/training at the Madrid workplace.
- Be a point of reference for resolving issues raised by employees.
Your profile
- At least 3 years' experience in generalist HR positions.
- University degree in Labor Relations, Business Administration, Psychology or similar, with specialization in Human Resources.
- Basic knowledge of Spanish labor legislation.
- Nice to be proficiency in Microsoft Office and in the use of social networks and job portals (LinkedIn, Infojobs).
- High level in English (C1).
- Strong problem-solving and client oriented, team player with analytical skills and the ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities with autonomy and proactivity.
