Mission
Manages more complex and riskier projects compared to Project Manager II (business critical projects, but less complexity in comparison to Project Manager IV). OR acts as Project Management Officer for a Project Manager IV. Project sponsors are often business unit heads (EB-1).

University degree coupled with > 7 years of experience, including some background in leading projects
