Your profile
- Legal right to work in Switzerland without requiring employer-sponsored visa support
- Master’s degree in financial engineering, mathematics, computer science, data science, physics, energy engineering, finance, or a related field
- Graduate by the program start date (October 2026)
- Strong interest in the energy sector and motivation to continuously learn and grow
- International mindset with excellent communication skills, analytical thinking and the ability to adapt in a fast-paced environment
- Resilience, ownership and a collaborative team spirit
- Empathetic, results-oriented and flexible in your approach
- Willingness to work in Olten or Lausanne (hybrid)
- Full professional proficiency in English; additional languages are a plus
