We have an exciting opportunity for a Workday HR Business Analyst - to join our Human Resources Project team. This role will support Workday full implementation of HR processes and services in an international context that will enable business performance. You will work in a cross-functional collaboration (HR, IT, implementation partner) and report directly to our Head HR Systems & Services. This is a fixed term 2 year contract located in Prague or any other Alpiq location. This role will be focused on business operations and not technical configuration.
Your main responsibilities
CZ support (120 employees) – 50% Data & Security Lead – 50%• Design/Configuration workshops – make sure all is reflected and all actions points answered• Interfaces workshops – support in making sure we reflect well the needs in the design of the interface and in charge of validating the comprehensiveness of the Spec• Data Migration – confirm the rules of extraction/transformation, check the data quality and monitor correction/correct as needed• Testing – complete global scenarios with local specificities, support and monitor testing with local HR• Change Management – coming later in the project, adjusting training materials• Lead Alpiq's data extraction and transformation activities, including coordinating the loading of client data into the various tenants (tenant builds)• Create the data conversion strategy document• Match data from Alpiq legacy systems• Validate data extraction and transformation in accordance with the project schedule• Adhere to data privacy policies• Identify and coordinate data anomalies correction• Responsible for data privacy in all its aspects• Responsible for supervising the Workday security configuration• Responsible for determining the roles that will be granted to employees in Workday• Responsible for completing all required security training• Check the configuration, test and adjust the rolesYour profile
• Bachelor’s Degree in Information systems, Business Administration or equivalent• Experience in doing at least one of full international Workday Implementation (HCM, Time management, Recruiting & Onboarding, Talent, Compensation), familiar with Workday Launch methodology• Preferably 3+ years of experience as a Business Analyst in Human Resources, managing/ leading project work streams in an analytical or change management role• Proven experience in HR processes and in employee data reporting• Experience with gathering, documenting, and translating business requirements and testing and training during implementation• Demonstrated ability to accurately collect data migration information to understand and assess data quality situation and needed actions• Ability to prioritize workload and provide timely follow-up and resolution with the necessary attention to detail• Proficiency in English• Ideally Workday certification
