Your accountabilities
Administrative:
- Drafting and preparing mailings in several languages,
- Printing documents,
- Filing data in Excel files and mailings,
- Preparing meetings: agendas, PowerPoint presentations, minutes,
- Booking business trips abroad for employees.
Communication & Events:
- Co-organizing various internal and external events,
- Representing the company at events,
- Co-organizing seminars in Switzerland.
Finance:
- Processing, accounting, and tracking supplier invoices via SAP and Excel,VAT control,
- Viewing supplier orders in SAP.
Your profile
- High school diploma
- Proficiency with computer tools
- Good knowledge of English and German
- Good writing skills and spelling
