We have an exciting opportunity for a Workday HR Business Analyst - to join our Human Resources Project team. This role will support Workday full implementation of HR processes and services in international context that will enable business performance. You will work in a cross-functional collaboration (HR, IT, implementation partner) and report directly to our Head HR Systems & Services. This is a fixed term 2 year contract located in Prague, Paris or any other Alpiq location. This role will be focused on business operations and not technical configuration.
Your main responsibilities
Serve as subject matter expert on upcoming Workday HR capabilities : HCM Core, Time & Absence Tracking, Recruiting, Talent, Compensation, Reporting and SWPPromote usage of Workday self-service to business and HR StakeholdersIn charge of building HR knowledge, gathering requirements, providing solutions and impact analysisSupport definition and validations of Business Process and Roles, to implement in WorkdayIdentify and address gaps between HR requirements and system capabilitiesSupport definition and validation of Data migration requirement, follow-up data cleaning activitiesCoordinate and lead testing activities (system configuration and workflow, reporting, roles …)to include the creation of testing scripts (Functionalities, Business Process, Integrations and Roles/security), to ensure system functionality matches HR needsEnsure up-to-date business documentation of Workday functions, processes and capabilitiesSupport end-users by validating system usability and ensuring a smooth adoption processYour profile
Bachelor’s Degree in Information systems, Business Administration or equivalentExperience in doing at least one of full international Workday implementation (HCM, Time management, Recruiting & Onboarding, Talent, Compensation), familiar with Workday Launch methodologyPreferably 3+ years experience as a Business Analyst in Human Resources, managing/ leading project work streams in an analytical or change management roleProven experience in HR processes and in employee data reportingExperience with gathering, documenting, and translating business requirements and testing and training during implementationDemonstrated ability to accurately collect data migration information to understand and assess data quality situation and needed actionsAbility to prioritize workload and provide timely follow-up and resolution with the necessary attention to detailProficiency in EnglishIdeally Workday certificationYour benefits
