Your main responsibilities

• Responding to customer inquiries via MS Teams chat, phone, and email in a professional and timely manner• Diagnosing and troubleshooting technical issues• Escalating complex issues to the appropriate team members• Collaborating with other teams to ensure customer satisfaction• Creating and updating support tickets in a timely and accurate manner• Maintaining accurate records of customer interactions and technical issues

Your profile

• Experience in a IT customer service or technical support role would be ideal• Familiarity with ticketing systems and customer support tools• Interest in IT and willingness to learn IT skills• English language is a must; Czech/French/German languages are welcome • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal• Strong problem-solving skills• Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively• Ability to work in a team environment• We work from Monday to Friday from 7:00 to 19:00, on call duty once in 2 months• Flexibility of hours is possible within the needs of the service desk incidents
