Our products and services are based on state-of-the-art methods for real-time solutions and on artificial intelligence.
Our integrated Energy AI platform processes information in real time. It collects data from energy generation units and information relating to prices, markets, the weather, processes and the grid. The Energy AI platform provides forecasts and decision alternatives or even makes decisions on its own. On this basis, it controls, facilities and manages storage capacities. The added value it provides benefits households, companies, energy suppliers, grid operators and power plant operators. We customise our solutions to fit our customers’ requirements or work together with customers to develop new solutions.
For energy suppliers and retailers, we offer a package of solutions that reduces the increasing complexity of the market and opens up new opportunities for the end customer. Amongst other things, the package includes an off-the-shelf solution for energy retailers and real-time consumption forecasting.
Energy AI uses multiple data sources and combines some of our own solutions from GridSense – a service provider for state-of-the-art smart home and smart grid technologies, Xamax – the partner for integrated optimisation systems and energy efficiency, Flexitricity – UK’s market leader for demand response, EESP (European Energy Solution Platform) – a service provider for energy market and customer service processes and Alpiq E-Mobility – the Swiss market leader for charging infrastructure solutions.
We work together with the Swiss Federal Institute of Technology (ETH) Zurich within the framework of projects to optimise power plants and with the University of Sussex, we have an ongoing partnership for the field of pricing. Together with AED, Adaptricity and Landis+Gyr, we are researching the efficiency enhancement of decentralised electricity generation systems.
