Further training opportunities for our employees, coupled with programmes to promote junior talents, are key pillars of our corporate culture. We promote intercultural collaboration in our partner countries.

We support sports, cultural and social projects, for example by sponsoring the Kladno junior ice hockey team in the Czech Republic and the Csepel wrestling club in Hungary. In addition to our sponsorship activities, we also honour our social responsibility within the company: as a signatory to the EcoEntreprise® programme, we have pledged to adopt a results-oriented method for measuring sustainable management within the company.
